Problems to send messages using Postfix on Debian Sarge to external domains

Hi friend!

I have a simple question on the Postfix.
I configured a Internal Mail Server with Debian Sarge, Postfix and Courier IMAP to mailing internal messages, receive external messages for the users and send messages to out.
- Internally the emails works perfectly!
- The receiving of messages of the out of my network works perfectly (with Fetchmail).
- But the sending to out dont work!!

The mail client says: "the addressee was refused by server"

Is possible fix my problem with no any DNS publication?

or

Exists a tool to send my messages to out of my local domain?

Thanks friends!!

This probably relates to the way your DNS is configured in relation to a domain name if you have one.
You can use your isp mail server to send mail by editing your/etc/postfix/main.cf;

relayhost = [address_of_isp_outmail]

and then restarting postfix
