Err http://ftp.se.debian.org stable Release.gpg
Temporary failure resolving 'ftp.se.debian.org'
Failed to fetch http://ftp.hk.debian.org/debian/dist...le/Release.gpg Temporary failure resolving 'ftp.hk.debian.org'
Failed to fetch http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian/dist...le/Release.gpg Temporary failure resolving 'ftp.se.debian.org'
Reading package lists... Done
W: Couldn't stat source package list http://ftp.hk.debian.org stable/main Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.hk.debian.org_debian_dists_stable_main_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
W: Couldn't stat source package list http://ftp.se.debian.org stable/main Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.se.debian.org_debian_dists_stable_main_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

And my source list is :

did a check domain name good

check from the command line:
ping ftp.hk.debian.org
you should at least get an IP resolution
if you do not try adding the following line to your /etc/hosts
(temporarily remove it later)
202.134.73.139 ftp.hk.debain.org
then try again I haven't actually tried the server from apt but it looks likely to be a DNS error

Make sure you add the -c flag (with an argument) otherwise ping will go on forever...
Code:
ping -c 5 ftp.hk.debian.org
However, the error you gave already stated it's a DNS error, so you might be better off trying another mirror closeby: de, nl or uk

[edit]This is what I got when I tried:
Code:
# ping -c 5 ftp.hk.debian.org
PING ftp.hk.debian.org (202.134.73.139) 56(84) bytes of data.

Instead of http://ftp.hk.debian.org/, use another mirror of the repository.

OK, we'll get back to basics then. Post the contents of the file /etc/apt/sources.list and use the code tags (these: {CODE}insert data here{/CODE} but replace {} with [] instead) because your posts are barely readable this way... Mine contains
Code:
deb http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ etch/updates main contrib
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ etch/updates main contrib
Mind you, the contrib and non-free is optional!
