problem with a virtual package

Hi, i'm trying to install a package called turck-mmcache (which is a php accelerator) which in turn depends on a virtual package called phpapi-20020918-zts. That virtual package is supposedly provided by php4-cgi, which i infact have installed, yet aptitude and dpkg still both complain about phpapi-20020918-zts not being installed. Am i missing something?

Thanks,
Igor
