Privoxy installation error

Hi all. Im trying to install privoxy so i can use Tor. But i get this error when i dpkg the .deb file.

Code:
debian:/etc# dpkg -i privoxy_3.0.10-1_i386.deb
(Reading database ... 45053 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace privoxy 3.0.10-1 (using privoxy_3.0.10-1_i386.deb) ...
Stopping filtering proxy server: privoxy.
Unpacking replacement privoxy ...
Setting up privoxy (3.0.10-1) ...
chown: cannot access `/etc/privoxy/user.action': No such file or directory
chown: cannot access `/etc/privoxy/trust': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing privoxy (--install):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 privoxy
It says "No such file or directory" but isnt the .deb file supposed to create that dir? I even tried to remove the package by typing dpkg -r privoxy. Any suggestions as to how i should go about fixing this? Thanx in advance!

I resolved the situation by deleting everything, i was using dpkg -r when i should have been using dpkg -P.
