It would be nice if told what you already tried. That way it is easier to help you.
Basically, you first need to know if the printer is supported by linux.
http://www.openprinting.org:80/show_...-LaserJet_1320 says it is.
Then you enable printer sharing in windows.
Then you open a browser on linux, and go to the address
http://localhost:631
What you fill in by name, is how the printer will be called on linux. It doesn't have to be the name you gave in on windows.
Location and description are extra info. You can fill in what you want.
Device is "Windows Printer via SAMBA".
If the printer is shared under windows with the name "hpLaserJ", the URI is in your case "smb://192.168.1.206/hpLaserJ"
Important: You have to use the name you gave to the printer when you enabled printer sharing under windows.
Note: if you have to give a password to use the printer, the URI is: "smb://username
assword@192.168.1.206/hpLaserJ"
The make is HP, the model 1320. Openprinting (see link above) recommends the hpijs driver.
When you click add printer, you have to give the root username and password.
Now you should be able to print on the windows printer.
If it complains about not finding a smb.conf file, do a basic samba configuration on the linux computer.
