prelinking and kdeinit

hey guys

ive followed this tutorial http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/prelink-howto.xml and prelinked my sarge system.

this tutorial says that now kdeinit can be disabled

Quote:
Set KDE_IS_PRELINKED="true" in /etc/env.d/99kde-env to inform KDE about the prelinking.
this file does not exist in sarge.

does anyone know where this modification can be made?

and allso, what is a good /etc/prelink.conf

thanks
