Hi,
I have a server with debian installed... originally it was running sarge then i dist-upgraded to etch.
My problem is when i am trying to install php5-cgi package where apt-get complains about
:
Code:
php5-cgi: Depends: php5-common (= 5.2.0-8+etch7) but 5.2.2-0.dotdeb.1 is to be installed
The version of php5 and other php5 packages are at version 5.2.0-8+etch7 but apt-show-versions showing me that my php5 packages are at version 5.2.2-0.dotdeb.1 hmmm now this is weird... where did i get these 5.2.2 packages from? i dont have any other additions to my sources.list except for the official urls.
now i really would like to stick to versions in the stable branch... if i uninstall all php5 packages and re-install them, will that install the 5.2.0 version? i am also worried that it breaks my current configuration.
any recommendations and advice welcome... thx
[SOLVED] actually i used a dotdeb repo really long ago... that was why
