opensource mail server for debian sarge stable

hi

I'm looking for an opensource mail server, to install on debian sarge stable.

it should have a client browser interface, imap and if is it possible access for mickysoft outlook.

postfix is already installed.

You can install courier-imap on top of postfix for imap capability. Webmin has an interface to administer postfix if you like that sort of thing. MS outlook should be able to interface with any mail server that supports imap or pop.

Here are a couple of tutorials to get you going. Be warned this is not easy to set up, but if you have postfix working the hard part is done.

Or follow the world's easiest linux mail server installation at http://qmailrocks.org . They have qmail at the core and not postfix, but it covers every bit of the installation, in non-linux user terms.

Peace,
