Question nvidia drivers download

I thought I should download the new(for me) nvidia drivers from the official site but I confronted a problem there:

Linux drivers options: FreeBSD, Linux IA32, Linux IA64, Linux AMD64.
I know that IA are not good for my AMD Duron, but what are the right drivers I should use the FreeBSD or the AMD64?

What are the AMD64 drivers ? More exactly : what is Linux AMD64?

You should be fine with the Linux IA32 ones, as you're using linux on a 32bit processor which has Intel Compatable Architecture...no?
