NFS Port Number on debian Sarge

I've a problem. I'm running two servers at home, one running Debian Sarge the other Suse 9.3. Suse has the NFS Server Port mapped to 2049 (tcp), and therefore using the firewall brings no problems whatsoever. Now I want to use iptables on my Debian Station but the problem I've got is that the NFS Server doesn't restrict itself to port 2049 but uses a different one all the time.

How can I make my Debian Box to use port number 2049 for the NFS server.
