New ATI installer with Sarge
 

Have any of you guys tried the new ATI driver installer on Debian 3.1rc3 "Sarge"

I attempted to provide a link, but I couldn't since I don't have more than 5 posts at the time that threat was created.

I would like to know if anyone has had success and whether or not this is the same crap as with trying to install the regular ATI drivers

Haven't tried it yet. I'll be doing a new install here soon with an ATI card so I'll give it a go then, if it actually works.

i tried this driver in my debian sarge several times since yesterday and here is my results:mad:

Why does that not surprise me!! :( :( :(
