Netinstall with pppoe support

I am trying to install using the netinstall iso image but it doesent have pppoe support. I have found a few old threads that give hints on how to configure pppoe from a floppy in a second console but NOTHING too usefull to me. Untill i can get Debian installed i am using Knoppix for now.

1. I have a pppoe .deb file, is this what i need? and if so, how do i install the package on a floppy?
2. Once i have the necessary files on the disk, and am inside the netinstall program, what do i do with it?
