Need help with sound issues in Unstable

I'm experiancing problems with sound. Movies in totem and songs in xmms play fine, but nothing else has sound. There are no system sounds or sounds when playing files in firefox. Can anyone help?

Here's the output. Also, I noticed sound doesn't work in XMMs either.
