Need Help with phpmyadmin!

Can't get apache to open phpmyadmin, I just get a page that says IT WORKS! and then wont open phpmyadmin/
Tried to follow this wiki;


Fill in the blowfish secret passphrase on the line

$cfg['blowfish_secret'] = ''; /* YOU MUST FILL IN THIS FOR COOKIE AUTH! */

But after entering file nano that line isn't in there?
need further help. Thanks
