Unhappy My partition table is playing up

Hi guys, ever since I installed Knoppix onto my hard disk to dual boot with winXP my little file sharing partition for windows and linux partition will always 'hide' itself under windows. Not matter what my efforts to unhide it, it will just continue to hide itself. I could access my data in linux, but under windows it keeps giving me unknow partition, so I can't see the drive at all!

As my windows partition is NTFS I cannot move that data onto my main partition. Also because the data is korean windows files I can't write them onto a CD.

So in the end I decided to reformat that whole partition under winXP and hoped that it would let me at least regain my access to 13gig of my HD. But after one reboot of my system it went back to hidden mode. I know it's hiding because I used qtparted under linux to check and try to unhide it... it didn't work ofcourse...

Please anyone, help me! I'm really frustrated because not only did I lose a lot of data, but also 13gigs of my HD

I have lilo installed to dual boot, that partition is FAT32 filesystem, that might give you guys some ideas about my problem. I don't understand why everytime I reboot my partition table is rewritten???
