Multiple torrent files?

I tested Xtorrent 2.1 on OS X 10.8 to download various Debian 7 iso files. Is it a bug in Xtorrent or in the .torrent files, because I see multiple times these files mentioned in Xtorrent user interface:

debian-7.0.0-i386-lxde-CD-1.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-kde-CD-1.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-netinst.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso

But these seem to be fine:

debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-1.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-2.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-3.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-4.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-5.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-6.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-7.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-8.iso

I think that the ones in the second list

Quote:

debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-1.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-2.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-3.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-4.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-5.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-6.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-7.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-CD-8.iso
would be the standard 32-bit Debian install with the default desktop environment of Gnome. The others seem to refer to different desktop environments; I've never used any of them for an installation. I just install Debian and then install any other desktops/window managers I want from the repos.

If you have a web connection, you should not need the seven-CD set; you can do a net install.

Actually, I was talking about the .torrent files created by the Debian developers. Is it possible to create badly programmed .torrent files that make my torrent application go berserk?

Sorry I'm not understanding you. I went to the Debian site (cdimage.debian.org) and I saw each file mentioned only once. Can you post the url where you saw "multiple times these files mentioned"?

I can't reproduce the problem anymore, but I hope this screenshot with comments help you understand what my problem was. Anyway, problem has been solved by removing the .torrent files and putting them back in!

debian-7.0.0-i386-lxde-CD-1.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-kde-CD-1.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-netinst.iso
debian-7.0.0-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso

They are al different .isos, and I dont see any problem.

I tried downloading one of them via Ktorrent and saw no problem.
