Question Multi-Server Web Environment in Debian

I have been using Debian for about a year now and have been primarily using it as a webserver with pgsql and apache. However I would like to increase the accessibility and availability of my site by expanding to more servers and utilizing load balancing. I've had a hard time discovering resources on how to do this in Debian as most practices seem to be distribution specific. I ideally would like to have a few apache servers, a db server, a source code server, etc etc. I guess what I'm really asking is does anyone know any good resources for a newbie who is trying to get into setting up a network like this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Cheers!

I've seen an article about that in Linux Journal (IIRC!) earlier. You may want to check their website to see which issue it was and order it: http://www.linuxjournal.com/
