Mouse Grab/ungrab problem in Iceweasel (Firefox) VMware console plugin on Squeeze

This is a well known-problem. It is mentioned on the Debian website: http://wiki.debian.org/VMware#Vmware....5_and_Squeeze

When I tried the proposed workaround, Iceweasel would not connect to VMWare server anymore. The tab would show "Loading" and that was it.

The solution to this is to not use Iceweasel, but using the stand-alone console client directly. It is located in ~/.mozilla/firefox/YOURPROFILE.default/extensions/VMwareVMRC@vmware.com/plugins/vmware-vmrc

This application runs directly on the desktop. Do set the environment variable as explained on the Debian web page though.

A good bit harder to find out is the key combination for CTRL-ALT-DEL. This used to be CTRL-ALT-Ins, but that doesn't work anymore. Use CTRL-ALT-PrintScrn
