im runing a P4 Celeron 1,7Ghz; 256mbRAM...
i have just instaled my debian 3.0r2 version from 7 CD's
i hade some problems with my mouse ... its a old Serial mouse with 3 buttons
i did not know what port to choose... i have tried /dev/psaux not working .. then i try /dev/ttyS0 still not working ... witch one do i have to choose? ... ok .. i can manage without a mouse :>
the install is finished i have chosen gdm to startup but its not working, i have instaled gnome, kde, blackbox, fluxbox ...
my grafical board is Gforce2 MX400 with 64mbRAM (the driver for it is nv)
my monitor is a old IBM P70 maximum resolution up to 1600x1200 (flicker free: 1280x1024, 75 Hz)
i know that i have made somewhere a big mistake so pls help me out ppl :>
