Have you tried the monitor on another system or a different resolutiuon? Did it do the flickering at the lower resolution?

My man, I feel the need to question your google skills. You didn't even post how you searched, but I dumped (lg 500g) into google, which gave this list -

The first hit was a driver request for windows, and the second was this page:

I don't know if it is Spanish or Portugese, but the important info is in the very first paragraph
H-Frecuency: 30-61 Khz.
V-Frecuency: 50-120 Khz.

I cound'nt findout any manual and more details about my Monitor. In 800x600 there is no Problem , and I decided to use 800x600 .. Thnaks for all those who helped me to sortout this issue..
