Hi all. I have just installed mysql and smarty on my home offline machine. After installation I tried to find mysql and smarty manuals but could not find them within the installed files or on the installation CDs. Are manuals included in the Etch CDs?
However, that is only the syntax for the command line interface. What I needed was the full mysql reference manual with the installation instructions, sql syntax and the rest. I was hoping it is located somewhere on the CDs as it is most valuable piece of documentation that goes with the server.

Description: Documentation for PHP4 and PHP5
This package provides the documentation for the PHP scripting language.
.
PHP, which stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor" is a widely-used Open
Source general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web
development and can be embedded into HTML. Its syntax draws upon C, Java, and
Perl, and is easy to learn. The main goal of the language is to allow web
developers to write dynamically generated webpages quickly, but you can do
much more with PHP.
Impossible that it gets on the CD, it is non-free.
