loading a module from the init process

Hi, recently I've updated my kernel, i had to reconfigure some stuff, in particular, the b43 module is not loading at init process, my question is: what command should I use to load it from the init? or what file should I hagve to edit?

regards

You just add its name in /etc/modules.
