lilo.conf location

I installed debian on a drive that also has rh9. RH9 had a grub loader in the /boot partition. Now my computer boots to lilo, and I can't find the lilo.conf. I have looked in /boot, the root partition of the debian install, and I have "locate grub* / ", and I can't find it. I need to edit the file to edit the boot instructions for win xp on another drive.

thanks,

phil
