libboost property_traits not declared....

I am somewhat very confused...

Debian wheeze, current as of Mon Jan 23 10:55:41 UTC 2012,
libboost-all-dev (1.48.0.2)

Situation
I am trying to compile some tarball.
My Penguin chokes, error message is

And following source code is an epicentre.
