Is there an equivalent cmd to "chkconfig (redhat)" in Debian?

chkconfig can list out/edit/add/remove all the services running at various levels. Is there an equivalent command in Debian?

Thanks !

Can update-rc.d list out all the services running at various levels for an overall view?

PS. I've read the man page, but I might have missed out something.
