Is there a website for Iceweasel /icecat have a repository like addon.mozilla?

Mozilla has a website for addons.i.e.addons.mozilla.org
Is there a website like that for Icecat/iceweasel?
It may or may not be official.

I know that mozilla addons can be used in iceweasel.I am just curious.

Mozilla's add on repository is pretty much it, as far as "official" repositories go.

No mater how you twist it, external add-ons (especially for your browser) are highly insecure.
Debian/Iceweasel offers many of them inside your "trusted" repo (not everyting though).

I thought purpose of using the addons from the repo is to make them available system wide, e.g. if I have 4 users, I will have to install abp 4 times, once for each user...
