installed the package, but can't find camera program
 

Hi all,

I have just downloaded and installd (successfully it seems) a Debian package called camera - i went to find it in the KDE menus, but it isn't there.

Is there something else I can check?

Did you meam camorama?
as root
updatedb
locate camorama
you may need to add it to the kde menu
may be at /usr/bin/camorama
you can start it form a terminal as your user
camorama

If you are using KDE, you might look at digikam instead.
