Installed Debian AMD64 Etch and missing packages occurs

I recently did a reinstall of of Etch and now i can't get ucf package for some reason and its causing me to not run any x related software. I had everything working fine before and after I did the reinstall every source i tryed said it was missing this and a few other packages that I think are directly related to it.
Any help?

Try using ftp2.de.debian.org for the mirror it is definitely there.
