At the Debian installation What means "Gnome 3 failed to load"?
What is the solution?

amd
3000+ prosessor 800 mghez
3 gb ram
at the begining I use a RADEON SAPHIRE video card but then I changed it , but the problem follow. Now I have an ati club
Motherboard amd k8v-x

Most likely this error message is caused by missing 3D acceleration. For ATI/AMD cards this usually means that you either have to use the proprietary driver (if possible for your card) or that you have to install the package firmware-linux-nonfree from the non-free repository.
