Install themes in Debian

Hi,
I've been looking at the xfce-look.org website and I want to install some themes. But I have two questions, I am currently using debian testing with xfce 4.2, which themes can I use (there are three categories for themes: GTK 1.x, GTK 2.x, and XFCE)? and how would I install it?
Thanks in advance!

XFCE and GTK2 themes are usually install into ~/.themes or /usr/share/themes (or somewhere similar depending on your installation).
