Install PostreSQL 8.3 via Synaptics

after the apt-get clean
& apt-get update
things look good

Now have another question this thing happened when i was trying to get postgresql 8.3 complete package with pljava I tries addinfg reposi..
how can i downlaod postgresql 8.3 with synaptics if i have this in the wrong topics pls connect me to the right one or if it is the first i will start a new one just movethis to the new one
