Firefox 13 was released today.
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0

and in order to get Iceweasel 12 on Wheezy or unstable you have to install it from experimental.

Firefox 12 automatically downloaded the upgrade to 13. Starting with Firefox 14 it will upgrade automatically all on its own.

I did this for a while with both Firefox and Thunderbird until the latter choked on a dependancy once. On another occasion, Thunderbird spat the dummy with the Lightning calendar plugin as it was not compatible with the upgraded version. This is why I now use Iceweasel and Icedove as each upgrade is without hassle (so far).

Cool Install Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120601 Thunderbird/13.0

Save yourself the problems and headaches and use the REAL Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird.

The OP asked how to install Firefox see h2's howto:
h2 was right all along, and did the right thing when he switched way back in 2009.
Tech Patterns :: Switching from Debian Iceweasel to Firefox, permanently - http://techpatterns.com/forums/about1435.html

Don't believe the lies you have been told. Search Google or use any search engine and search for Iceweasel libcairo issues, Iceweasel font , etc you get the point.

Be FREE, and be true to yourself.

You will notice most of the extensions on Firefox have to do with me being paranoid.

@craigevil: libcairo issues are related to buggy video drivers, not iceweasel. The new version of cairo merely exposed the bug. It's not just iceweasel which is affected. As I believe you use KDE(?) you're probably not aware, but everything which is compiled to use the system cairo is slow as hell after the recent cairo update to 1.12 in testing/unstable.

It really is a pity that this "iceweasel vs firefox" nonsense is being dragged on and most of the scare stories are based on misinformation. If you want to use firefox - by all means use it.
