Inspiron 3000 sound question

Hi all. I am trying to get my sound working on my notebook. It is a Dell Inspiron 3000 with Debian 3.1 installed. If I use:

/sbin/modprobe sb io=0x220 irq=5 dma=3 dma16=5 mpu_io=0x300

it works fine untill I shutdown. How do I make this configuration permanent?

Ok. I did some reading and found that I need sndconfig. But... When I try to apt-get it I get this:

Package sndconfig is not available, but is refered to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing , has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source.
E: Package sndconfig has no installation candidate.
