An UPS is in no way needed just to run a computer. Since you have the errors in Memtest it is your Ramm that is giving you the problems.
Try to set set the speed of the RAM to the speed of the slower module you have in the BIOS. Then run Memtest again. If you still get errors the one of the modules is faulty (test them one at a time to determine which is faulty) or you have RAMs that are incompatible.

yeah,you are right guru,Memtest86++ showing errors for one of my RAM.I have removed it and now my PC is working well.


Thank you for your great help,i have posted it so many forums but got a DEBIAN DOCTOR here...you are really THE GURU....^^
