How to preload an application?
 

I would like to preload firefox in the background when my computer boots up, so when I click on any firefox launcher it just has to create a new window, instead of starting the whole program. Kind of like IE does. I have googled for a long time about this and can't seem to come up with anything. Anyone here have any ideas?
