How to make driver disk for Debian

Because Debian 4.0r3 can not support Marvell 6440 SAS controller, I want to make driver disk for Debian 4.0r3. So our customer can plug the driver disk when they install Debian 4.0R3.
I have compiled the driver as ko module, but I don't know how to organize the content of the image file.
Who can give a sample driver disk for debian or tell me how to do it?

Thank you very much!

Shiner

Might want to look at building a custom installer image with the 2.6.25 or higher kernel..
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstall...y/CustomKernel
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianCustomCD

What's new in Linux 2.6.25
Code:
SCSI:

    * [SCSI] Bidirectional command support
    * [mvsas] New SAS driver for Marvell 6440 (1,2)
    # [3w-9xxx] Better performance on some motherboards
    # [aic94xx] Option to update Adaptec controller firmware
    # Removed: seagate, ncr3C9x and psi240i
