Hi!

I am wondering for a little while how can I make Debian based distribution. I would like to add and remove packages from default installation. And I want that installation to burn on CD and re-distribute XYZLinux

Is this posible?

Sure it's possible but the question is, is there a need for yet another distro?

Easiest IMO is to remaster a debian based livecd like knoppix. There are plenty of howto's and even scripts for that.

This won't be yet another distribution. It will be yet another debian installation.

I understood from this that you wanted to create a new distro based on debian.
Besides knoppix can be installed to hd which is why I recommended remastering. You take knoppix, remove and add apps, make a new iso, and then you can boot and install it. Granted it's not fully debian compatible but like I said, it's easy.

http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=2

But like I said, knoppix is not fully debian compatible. If you want you can try one of these:
