add a http or ftp repo to your sources.list and
Code:
# apt-get install openssh-server

Actually, you don't need to add any repos. Just comment out any cdrom lines in /etc/apt/sources.list:
Code:
# deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux testing _Squeeze_ - Official Snapshot amd64 CD Binary-1 20100503-03:22]/ squeeze main

# deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux testing _Squeeze_ - Official Snapshot amd64 CD Binary-1 20100503-03:22]/ squeeze main
Then:
Code:
apt-get install openssh-server openssh-client
I'm running sid, but you get the idea.

EDIT: All packages from the cdrom are available from the repos this way. Apt-get just won't check for a cd first.

To clarify a bit....

First of all, I hope you have two computers. One should be a server.

Install openssh-client on the client and openssh-server on the server.

You don't want to have openssh-server running on the client! Anyone will be able to ssh to the client computer.

On the server you must edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config.
On the client you can edit /etc/ssh/ssh_config.

Read an book on Openssh. It is extremely helpful.
