How to install KDE plasma on Debian (8 or Jessie or stable)
My recent shift from Ubuntu to Debian is bit hard for me.
I want to know, is KDE palsma available for current debian (stable 8.4 )and if yes please tell command to install it. I want full KDE plasma, please.
Kde 5.x is not available for debian stable and it won't be until the next stable release. If you do want to switch to kde 5.x, you have to go to the testing or unstable branch.
Distribution: Primarily Deb/Ubuntu, and some CentOS

Jim, Did you mean Plasma 5.x ?
I have a Debian Testing virtual machine with Plasma 5.4.3 and KDE version 4.14.4
I havent seen KDE 5 anywhere yet. Its not even on the Kde website.

Reason: reword what I wanted to say.
Jessie, stable, has all KDE 4, applications, frameworks, and plasma. There is no KDE5 in Jessie at all, never will be. It will end it's life with KDE4. I don't even expect to see anything in backports for KDE5, so it would need to be a full repository created to backport it to Jessie.
Stretch, has applications 5, plasma 5, but still 4.14 frameworks so it can still have the actual KDE4 desktop instead of the "plasma" desktop. It will, I expect, eventually lose Frameworks 4.14 and be pure KDE5 before becoming stable.
Sid has strictly 5.
Just my OPINION, but KDE4 is still superior to 5 anyway. 5 even at 5.6 should still be a RC version. It's VERY close to release quality, but still not quite. 5.4 & 5.5 definitely not worthy of being in production environments.
