How to change the color profile of iceweasel (and other questions) ?

AMD64 Debian Lenny

In firefox, I can change the background and foreground colors; I cannot see how to do that in iceweasel ?

Where does iceweasel store its profiles ?

How do I install firefox plugins on iceweasel ?

Don't have it in front of me, but a .folder in your homedir - same as Firefox

Same way as in Firefox?

I'm running both firefox and iceweasel.
I have a .mozilla directory, and it only has a firefox subdirectory, nothing for iceweasel. Inside that firefox directory, it only has one profile subdirectory, which I'm assuming is for firefox.

Now that I'm on my Linux system.. ~/.mozilla/firefox.

If you installed iceweasel from the Debian repos, and did not manually install firefox from another source, running "firefox" starts "iceweasel" anyway. See:
Code:
ls -Al `which firefox`
Also.. same response to the addons. "Same way as in Firefox."

.mozilla/firefox is iceweasel. If you didn't create a new profile for Firefox it is using the same profile as iceweasel.

I still do not see the need to run Firefox, I ran both for over a yr when debian first changed the name to iceweasel; and I did not notice any differences in the way they do things.

Wow. This was an epic fail
Apparently I was running epiphany I was just running it by clicking the browser logo on the taskbar.

I ran iceweasel from command line, and it IS firefox

BTW, how did the stable I presume version of 64 bit firefox get into debian ? From mozilla I've only been able to find the alpha prelease for 64 bit firefox (which I was running earlier)
