How to allocate memory to Java
 
Hi

can someone please help to insreace memory for java in debian. I have 2GB Ram.

To setup the jvm heap size
–Xms roughly between 1/4th – 1/3rd of the total RAM on the machine
–Xmx around half the total RAM on the machine

This is what I get:
