Question How much time to fix a bug in Debian

I am a newbie,
I am collecting some general information about bug fixing in Debian.
As such how much time generaly it takes for "Debian to fix a bug" be it a important bugs like security of other?

Post as fast as possible(hours/daiys)

the bugs usually are not repaired by debian ,but they are fixed by the people that owns the buggy package(they are often help by other programmers)

This is what is so good about open source.

If there is a problem anyone who wants to can fix it and then everyone else can use the patch. Much better then the windblows method. Look at all of the holes in Internet explorer that still have not been fixed
