Help with terminal on kali linux 2016.2

Hello,
I am looking for a way to remove all my command history from terminal. Whenever i boot into kali Linux, and open a terminal, a history of all my previous session's commands is still there

I know i can use "history - c" everytime but i want a way that whenever i open terminal window, it opens with this command pre-executed in background. Editing profiles didn't help me

Is there a way by editing some system file of the tetminal?

if you really do not know how to do that already then kali might not be a good os to LEARN on

it is and never will be intended for "new to linux" users or non security EXPERTS

this is a good LEARNING experience for you to solve

do some basic Linux 101 research !

i think it would be better to not accumulate that history data in the first place?
there's several bash options to do that, however if you already failed with the profiles, then this won't be much help.

how about you start giving us some real information?

it doesn't "just work" magically like in the movies...

btw, everything you changed will be gone when you reboot, since kali runs from a live medium.

If you don't want to help don't, but don't be a d**k about it, I am trying hard to learn, everyone is a NEWBIE to kali once, you learn slowly... You gain experience with anything after you go hands on and practice , if i just sit and not use kali like you very stupidly suggest then i cannot learn anything ever.
And BTW i figured it out, thanks for nothing

info ?

as in what you have done ?
and if it did not work , then HOW it did not work

what would your professor or the TA / assistant professor tell you to do ?
what would they expect if you asked questions in there office or class ?

there are many ways
a script ran at shut down ( if installed and NOT live)
a setting in bashrc ?( if installed and NOT live)
a setting in /etc/profile? ( if installed and NOT live)
and so on

Kali is targeted at the person with about a masters degree in CS and network security
( or the equivalent in experience )

hint (here & here): don't mention 'kali' on LQ

My web-search idea (I didn't include the keyword kali because this isn't unique to kali)
"bash|shell history" "turn off history"|"don't keep|save history"
(yea, my double-quote-marks and or-bars maybe overdone GooGlFu )
