unrar-free
Description: Unarchiver for .rar files
Unrar can extract files from .rar archives. Can't handle archives in the
RAR 3.0 format, only the non-free "unrar" package can do that.

You have probably to install the non-free one.

I don't have time enought to tell you with aptitude.

Briefly:
Download it from here:

http://ftp.no.debian.org/debian/pool....4-1_amd64.deb

Enter in the directory where you have got the archive, and, as root, or with sudo:

dpkg -i unrar_3.5.4-1_amd64.deb
