Having Trouble Upgrading the linux-image-amd64

As the title says I'm having trouble upgrading the linux-image.

At first firefox-esr was being held back so I fixed that with sudo apt-get install firefox-esr.

I don't want to break the kernel so here's what I'm looking at:
Code:
:~$ uname -r
4.9.0-5-amd64
sifu@sifu-MS-7845:~$ sudo apt update
[sudo] password for sifu:
Hit:1 http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates InRelease
Ign:2 http://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/debian stretch InRelease
Hit:3 http://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/debian stretch-updates InRelease
Hit:4 http://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/debian stretch Release

1 package can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see it.
sifu@sifu-MS-7845:~$ apt list --upgradable
Listing... Done
linux-image-amd64/stable 4.9+80+deb9u6 amd64 [upgradable from: 4.9+80+deb9u4]
N: There are 2 additional versions. Please use the '-a' switch to see them.
How can I upgrade the linux-image-amd64?
