Hardware ?? detection??
I'm fairly new to debian and it seems to me that debian doesn't do that good of a job detecting the hardware. I wanted to ask if there are any appz that need to be install so that the process can go as nice and easy as possible like for installing x-window-system. I ran across a page that said to install first discover, mdetect , and read-edid before x-window-system but that didn't do any good. I running debian on my Toshiba a65 laptop...
