gpg errors after apt upgrade (sid)

I just upgraded apt again and just as last time I get GPG errors that the key isn't available. I downgraded apt for the moment but I was wondering if it just takes some time before those keys are there or if this is a bug and where should I report it then?

Check http://bugs.debian.org and first make sure it isn't already reported. If it isn't, probably the easiest way to file a bug is to install reportbug.

It's not reported but I'm not sure if it's even a real bug. Like I said it happened last time I upgraded immediately as well and after waiting some time it was all ok.
