getting dlink G650+ wireless card working?

have the latest debian installed on my laptop with 2.6.8 kernel etc working..

anyone know of any guides/howto's on setting up wireless with a Dlink G650+ pcmcia card??

Look in the HCL in this Website. Look under Network Cards, and then Dlink. Your card is listed on the second page.

in the end i had to:

# aptitude install wireless-tools
# apt-get install ndiswrapper-modules-2.6.8-2-686 ndiswrapper-utils

then download the windowsXP drivers for the dlink G650+ and follow the instructions starting from Step 7 on this page:

also added this line in "/etc/modprobe.d/aliases"

I'm glad it worked. Thanks for the links. I am installing a Netgear WG311T, and the Madwifi drivers are not working. This weekend, I will be installing ndiswrapper to get that card working on my machine.
