Getting back into debian

I need to reinstall windowsXP, and that will rewrite the MBR. How do I install grub again so I can have a dual boot system, without reinstalling debian?

Thanks

make a grub boot floppy, u can do this in linux by:

mount /dev/fd0
mkdir (floppy mount point)/grub
cp /lib/grub/i386-pc/* (floppy mount point)/grub
cp /boot/grub/menu.lst (floppy mount point)/grub
grub

*at grub prompt*
root (fd0)
setup (fd0)
quit
*at grub prompt*

umount /dev/fd0

Then install XP, boot with this floppy, boot into linux, and run: grub-install (hd0) (or wherever you want to install it, prob. rite tho)
