full network control?

Ok, i have two computers right now, and they're both hooked up to a 3com router, in a network. I want to be able to get full read/write control of one computer from the other, mainly because i'm using one as a web server to test scripts and i want to be able to directly upload the .php pages and then test it on the network. How should i mount (if i am supposed to mount) the other computer's entire HDD with root access?

thanks

you'd need an NFS mount with the "no_root_squash" specifically listed. by default, root on one machine can't alter root files on another system.
